 Bill DeGroot , Chairman Chief, Floodplain Management Denver Urban Drainage & Flood Control District Bill DeGroot has been Chief, Floodplain Management Program, for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District since February, 1974. The program has been active in assisting local governments with floodplain regulations and the National Flood Insurance Program, delineation of 100-year floodplains ahead of development pressures, review of development proposals for conformance to District master plans and criteria, public information efforts and flood detection and warning plans. |
