 News & Information May 21, 2002 Comments Due on EPA Pollutant Trading Proposal By July 1, 2002 The May 15 Federal Register includes EPA's proposal on water quality trading. Comments on the proposed rule must be received or postmarked by July 1, 2002. The text is printed below and is attached in a microsoft word document. A number of national environmental organizations have reportedly asked EPA by letter not to move forward with the proposal.
