 News & Information May 23, 2002 EPA Requests Comments on Watershed Plan EPA today published its notice on the proposed process for developing the agency's new watershed initiative, which would be funded at $21 million under the Administration's fiscal year '03 budget proposal. Up to 20 projects are expected to be funded under this new program. Comments are due on the proposal plans for implementation by July 8, 2002. NAFSMA members are urged to submit comments on the proposed process and criteria.
