federal policy developments of importance. It is your information link to
the Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the
Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Insurance Administration,
the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Department of the Interior
and other agencies involved in our issues. NAFSMA's newsletter, "Flood
